By creating an account or using Velo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Velo is a fitness analytics dashboard that aggregates data from wearable devices and provides AI-generated health insights. Velo is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before making health decisions.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • One account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the service.
  • Submit false or misleading data.
  • Share your account credentials with others.

5. AI-Generated Content

Health insights generated by Velo use artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) and are for informational purposes only. These insights may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your individual circumstances. Do not rely on AI insights for medical decisions.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Velo connects to third-party wearable platforms via Terra API. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by your wearable device or Terra's service. Your use of connected devices is governed by their respective terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Velo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@usevelo.fit.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Velo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
